Man coaching someoneThe Focused Change Remote product provides coaching similar to Focused Change with the remote delivery of the coaching process via videoconferencing at our facility or yours. The Focused Change process is designed to rapidly improve an individual’s interactive capabilities in a very specific, single area of interest. Focused Change is an answer to the need for short-term, precise refinement with our time-pressed clientele.

The individual client is responsible for the process and commuications with his or her sponsor. The sponsor is involved as a survey participant and for a review at the end of the process

Focused Change Remote uses the communications core developed by Change Masters® for more effective communication and leadership. We have experienced that the client is ready and we focus on a key area that we can help the client make significant progress in a very focused time and process.

The Focused Change Remote videoconference session(s) provide the same purpose as the in-person sessions for Focused Change. We connect our videoconference system to yours or to one locate in over 600 office around the world. We have developed technology and approches that allow us to effectively provide coaching to remote locations.

There are seven Focus Areas behaviors that we have had great success over many years at making changes quickly. Individual clients must have a "yes" answer to the qualifying question list below in order to participate. . We work on one area at a time. If there are multiple areas that a client desires to improve, one of the other individual coaching packages will probably be a better fit.
