Tom has over thirty-five years experience in marketing, computer applications, and executive management with IBM and Target Corporation. He formed Change Masters® in 1986 to help companies and individuals deal with change quickly and successfully. Tom holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
THOMAS MUNGAVAN
Carol has trained over 1,500 executives to be more effective communicators. Carol has worked for the Guthrie Theater, has been a commercial actress for radio and television, and has spent five years as an outplacement consultant before joining Change Masters® in 1987. Carol holds a Master's Degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin.
CAROL KEERS
Lee held executive and management positions at ADC Broadband Company and USWest in sales, operations and human resources. He is an experienced coach and mentor. He has a Masters degree from the University of Northern Iowa.
LEE RAINEY
Katie has eight years of experience in project management, software design and process development. She has held management positions with Accenture and Navitaire, managing teams and projects in the financial, retail and airline industries. She has a marketing and economics degree from Minnesota State University at Mankato.
KATIE WELSH
Bill has an extensive background in network technologies and media processing. He provides expertise for a variety of customers and supports the Change Masters technology products.
BILL NICHOLSON
Lyn has twenty years of business management and sales experience. Since joining Change Masters® in 1994, she has interviewed hundreds of clients, and has gained significant insights into how communication issues impact the careers of our clients. She provides marketing and sales support. She attended Bemidji State University.
LYN SCHONEBAUM
Anne was a teacher prior to joining Change Masters. She is our Administrative Coordinator and provides financial tracking and reporting for the company. She has a bachelors degree from University of Wisconsin..
ANNE CROSBY FREDRICK
Kerri is our Client Coordinator. She tracks client progress and individually schedules client interactions. She has a bachelors degree in marketing from Taylor University.
KERRI PEGELOW
 
Doug Lennick is an Executive Vice President at American Express where he supported CEO Ken Chenault on workforce culture and performance. Doug’s purpose in life is to help himself and others achieve their highest and greatest potential. Doug is a principle in LAG. He works with Change Masters in the development of products and the delivery of seminars and coaching services.
