Presentation Dynamics

Presentation Dynamics™ (PD) focuses on the overall effectiveness of presentations.  Most business presentations, however, are boring and not effective. Presentation Dynamics ™ focuses on the delivery and the content in order to make presentations more interesting and effective.

The Presentation Dynamics™ offerings include preparation for a specific presentation, building individual presentation skills, group presentations, major proposal presentations, and conference preparation coaching. Most offerings are individual coaching and some offerings provide small group coaching (where groups are presenting together).

Presentation Dynamics - Classic provides an individual with coaching and content assistance to build a specific presentation. The specific presentation is used as a format for building overall presentation effectiveness skills. The end result is a higher powered, higher impact presentation to be delivered to a live audience.

Presentation Dynamics - Board provides longer term coaching similar to the PD Classic process. This process goes into more depth with a broader selection of improvement opportunities. The goal is to move the presentation skills of the individual client to a new level.

Presentation Dynamics - Technology focuses on engineers, information systems, financial experts and other technically oriented individuals. The emphasis in this program is to be clear, concise and relevant to the audience. Often such individuals provide valuable information to the organization.  They can be much more effective with the appropriate coaching in terms of the content, preparation, and delivery.

Presentation Dynamics - Conference provides coaching for a group of presenters. Where several key presenters need to provide a united message, PD Executive assists with the coordination, strategy, content, and delivery of those presentations. Companies that have used these services have experienced dramatic improvement in their perceived value. Customers of such coaching have attributed the coaching with being the major difference between winning and losing major contracts.
