Change Masters® provides high impact, practical seminars and keynotes that focus on communication, leadership, technology, and change. Our seminars are based on practical experience and often include live coaching with audience members. Keynotes The target audience for keynotes are groups of 50 to 2,000 that are interested
in dealing with change, technology, communications, or leadership. We have
multiple speakers that have solid experience and practical information
that can excite the audience and make them more open to opportunities.
Typical keynotes range from 45 to 90 minutes. Seminars Seminars teach skills that can be implemented in the workplace. Most seminars range in duration from two hours to two days. The outcomes are focused on practical skills that the seminar participants can put to immediate use. We provide lively interaction and usually involve participants in “live coaching”. Seminars are customized to the participants and typically are based on advanced surveys of participants before the seminar. Examples are made directly relevant to the participants. Technology Seminars Our Technications™ process includes powerful technology seminars for our customers because of our unique experience in change, communication, leadership, and technology. We have a range of seminars that help technologists and non-technologists be more effective implementing change. Change Masters® offers a variety of small group seminars focused on improving all aspects of technology leadership and communication issues. While many of these seminars are designed to help technology managers become more effective, we offer a number of seminars designed to help non-technology business leaders communicate and leverage technology more effectively.
