Most of us have been a part of a really effective team that was able to do unbelievable things together that were very valuable and personally rewarding. We have also been part of a team that felt like racing in quicksand. No matter how hard you worked, there seemed to be little progress. The value of effective teams is seen in the results for the organization and the personal rewards the individual team members receive as a part of a successful team. There are many factors that make the difference between an effective team and a poor team. For a team that is bogged down, often making just a few changes can release meaningful progress.
